Welcome to Australian Sports Marketing Pty Ltd. Australian Sports Marketing Pty Ltd provides services to you subject to the following Terms of Use (TOU), which may be amended by us from time to time with no notice to you. When using any Australian Sports Marketing Pty Ltd service you are also subject to any rules or guidelines which may be posted, or emailed from time to time. All such rules or guidelines are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use.
Your continued use of Australian Sports Marketing Pty Ltd constitutes an affirmative, acknowledgment and agreement by you that you accept and agree to abide and be bound by these Terms of Use and any amendments.
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the agreement which will continue in full force and effect.
Accuracy of Information
All material on Australian Sports Marketing Pty Ltd is provided in good faith. It is derived from sources believed to be accurate and current as at the date of publication. Payment Policy, Cancellation & Refunds
Upon confirmation of a booking through this website or in writing to Australian Sports Marketing Pty Ltd and full payment, bookings will be confirmed and tickets issued (subject in all instances to ticket availability and at ASM’s discretion). Full payment is required no less than 30 days prior to an event and ASM may forfiet bookings if not made in time. Cancellations must be made in writing and will be accepted with no fee payable up to 60 days prior to an event.
Cancellation fees will be payable as follows:
- 50 percent of total fee within 59 days of an event.
- 100 percent of total fee within 30 days of an event.
If paying by direct bank transfer you must quote your invoice number or contracting party name in the bank transfer reference – failure to do so may result in credit not being received for payment.
ASM reserves the right to ask any guest to leave any facility run by ASM if their behaviour is offensive or unacceptable in a corporate environment.
Tickets can not be used by more than one person per day.
NO TICKET. NO ENTRY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Product Descriptions
Australian Sports Marketing Pty Ltd and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Australian Sports Marketing Pty Ltd does not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Australian Sports Marketing Pty Ltd itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Limitation of Liability

Items are shipped either standard or express via Australia Post. Express shipped items should arrive 2-3 days after payment clears. We allow pickups but only if they are prearranged.

In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery times for Express Parcel Services are in respect of delivery to the Post Office of the principal township in that area. Delivery to final destinations may take longer. If in doubt please check with your local Post Office.
Repairs And Warranties
Most items are covered by manufacturers warranty so if a product is faulty please contact us immediately so as to authorise a repair or replacement. If an item arrives and is faulty on arrival please contact us within 14 days so we can arrange a replacement or repair.
GST
Unless stated to be otherwise, charges referred to for use of any services or purchase of any product provided by Australian Sports Marketing Pty Ltd are GST inclusive. Australian Sports Marketing Pty Ltd will issue a Tax Invoice for all purchases.
